Abstract
In this work, the authors disclose the emergence and development of psychopathological disorders in persons subjected to intensive psycho-traumatic effects, most often represented by post-traumatic stress disorders. Historical aspects of the selection of post-traumatic stress disorders as a separate nosological unit are presented.
