Abstract
Literature data and authors' research concerning the use of bioethics in a study of nanostructured medicines are summarized in the article. Attention is paid to the use of "The 3Rs Concept" of Russell & Burch that declares the humane treatment of experimental animals and consists of: 1) Replacement – choice and substitution; 2) Reduction – adequacy and standardization, 3) Refinement – reduce in pain.
