Abstract
PCOS is quite common occurring in approximately two in five infertile Nigerian women or women presenting with oligomenorrhea or amenorrhea.
Commonest presenting features being Infertility, amenorrhea, oligomenorrhea, obesity, LH/FSH ratio > 2, hyperprolactinemia and hirsutism.
