Abstract
The results of surgical treatment of 70 patients with complicated аcute pancreatic
pseudocysts were analyzed. The study proved that sensitivity and specificity of multislice computed tomography with the sighting curvilinear reconstruction depend on the type of the pseudocyst and the
kind of complication but consist 80-90%. That’s why we can call this method one of the most accurate methods in diagnosis of complications of acute pancreatic pseudocysts.
