Мінілапароскопія в лікуванні хворих на стриктуру мисково-сечовідного сегмента

Abstract

The article reflects the actuality of finding new minimally invasive treatment of patients with strictures of the uretero-pelvic junction. Promising is the development of operations with minimal trauma to the access and use minilaparoscopic tools. The comparative analysis of the results of surgical treatment of patients with stricture of the uretero-pelvic junction, which included the following types of pyeloplasty: retroperitoneal endovideoscopic, retroperitoneal minilaparoscopic, laparoscopic transabdominal, minilaparoscopic transabdominal and classical lumbotomic (open) pyeloplasty was reflected. The results indicate the advantages of laparoscopic method to open, retroperitoneal approach over transabdominal and good cosmetic effect of the application of minilaparoscopic tools.
