dc.description.abstractHeart failure remains one of the leading medical problems in the world. In recent years, there have been signify cant changes in approaches to the treatment of patints with chronic heart failure. The aim of the study - summarizatin of existig scientii data on the effcts of recently discovered drugs and analysis of current clinical trials aimed at evaluatig of experimental drugs in patints with chronic heart failure. Positie effcts of sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors found in the several studies allowed to include them in the European guidelines for the treatment of patints with chronic heart failure regardless of the ejectin fraction of the lef ventricle.
