Розробка та валідація методики кількісного визначення 7-азепан-1-іл-1-етил-6-фтор-3-(4- феніл-1,3-тіазол-2-іл)-хіноліна-4(1h)-она

Abstract

The results of the development of a method for quantitative determination of 7- azepan-1-yl-1-ethyl-6-fluoro-3-(4-phenyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)-quinoline-4 (1H)-one in the substance by the method of non-aqueous potentiometric titration. The method was evaluated using validation parameters: correctness, accuracy, linearity, range of application. According to the results of the conducted studies, the validation characteristics were found to meet the eligibility criteria, and the proposed method may be involved in the methods of quality control on the substance.
