| Abstract: | Удосконалена конструкція пародонтальної капи для пролонгованої дії медикаментозних препаратів та підвищення ефективності місцевого лікування хворих на генералізований пародонтит хронічного перебігу різного ступеня тяжкості шляхом запобігання вимивання лікарської речовини з резервуарів виробу пропонується для впровадження в лікувально-профілактичних установах охорони здоров’я (обласних, міських, районних) стоматологічного профілю. |
| Description: | We are improved the construction of periodontal tray from polyvinylchloride by the method of a thermal vacuum forming, which completely covers the tooth row of jaws with the surrounding tissues to transitional folds. Delivery system reservoirs are formed for to vestibular and oral sides of gypsum model, here the thickness of thermoplastic material for model must not exceed 0.1 mm. We are used the thermoplastic of square-shaping plate-blank with thickness 125 mm from polyvinylchloride, because etilenvinilatsetat materials are possessed the high resilience (resilience: 170 kDg / m2) and degree of elasticity (approximatly to rubber) – the relative extension: 500-600 %; by low adsorption of water (absorption of water during 24 hours: 0.4-0.6 %); by an excellent resistibility to acids and ability to withstand of continuous loading. |
