| dc.description | The results of treatment of 53 patients, suffering extended peritonitis, were analyzed. application of differentiated surgical tactics, the least traumatic volume of operative intervention for the patient, determination of indications for relaparotomy and secondary videolaparoscopic sanation, taking into account data on ultrasonic monitoring of abdominal organs, optimization of the inserted draining tubes quantity, depending on source and severity of peritonitis on background of early enteral feeding accomplished, have permitted to improve the patients treatment results, to reduce a postoperative complications and lethality rate. | ru_RU |
| dc.description.abstract | Проаналізовані результати лікування 53 хворих з приводу поширеного перитоніту (ПП). застосування диференційованої хірургічної тактики, найменш травматичного для хворого обсягу хірургічного втручання, визначення показань до здійснення релапаротомм (РЛ) та повторної відеолапароскопічної санації (ВЛС) з огляду на дані ультразвукового (УЗ) моніторингу органів черевної порожнини, оптимізація кількості встановлених дренажів залежно від джерела та тяжкості перитоніту на тлі проведення раннього ентерального харчування (РЕХ) дозволило покращити результати лікування хворих, зменшити частоту післяопераційних ускладнень та летальності. | ru_RU |
