The increased amount of ankyrin 2.4, 2.5 fractions, protein of band 3, protein of band 4.1, 4.2 and 4.9 fractions, protein of band 6, tropomyosin (protein of band 7) and protein of band 8 in patients with ischemic stroke have been detected. Increase in the content of spectrin, fractions 2.2, 2.3 (ankyrin), protein of band 2.5, 4.1, glucose transporter and protein of band 8, and decrease in the protein of band 4.2, 4.9 and an increase in the protein of band 4.2, 4.9 and p5 protein of band 5 (actin) from the samples with the nanodiamonds added have been observed. Biophysical parameters of the red blood cells (RBC) can be used as biomarkers for early diagnosis together with chemical biomarkers and clinical tests. Compared to the latter, the studies on the blood sample are easier accessible and cheaper. The purpose of the paper is to demonstrate the high sensitivity of the dielectric properties of single RBC to the general chemical composition of the blood plasma due to the disease development and the available medical technique for their measurements based on the clinical studies. Methodology of the study is based on experimental measurements on the blood samples of healthy donors (control group) and patients with ischemic and hemorrhage stroke (experimental group) in the electromagnetic feld of microware frequencies at different temperatures between T=0C and 54C. Results confrmed early noticeable influence of the disease on the real and imaginary part of complex dielectric permittivity of the REC and their membranes than can be easily detected by the microwave dielectric spectroscopy (MDS). The variations in the dielectric parameters tend to zero after a successful treatment that can be used as an additional biomarker of a proper individual treatment of the disease. Practical implications. The MDS method in a range of temperatures can be recommended for early diagnostics of the disease severity and estimation of the treatment efciency. The method is fast, simple and cheap, and it needs a sample of the venous blood only. Value/originality. The effectiveness of the proposed method is based on a series of experimental studies and theoretical modeling and gives a new insight to the importance of dielectric properties of RBC that are the most movable cells in our bodies which carries on their membranes the influences of all biochemical markers produced by the disease.Item Chemiluminescence analysis of drug resistance of the recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(Институт биофизики и клеточной инженерии НАН Беларуси, 2021-05-20) Batyuk, Liliya; Muraveinik, Oksana; Kizilova, NataliyaThe aim of this work was to study the biochemiluminescence of blood serum and whole blood in patients who were prescribed rtPA (at a dose of 0.9 mg/kg, the maximum dose was 90 mg) during the first 3 hours after the onset of neurological symptoms (onset of IS).Item Complex flows of cellular suspensions in microtubes at different temperatures(2017-10-23) Kizilova, Nataliya; Batyuk, LiliyaSteady flow of a viscoplastic suspension of RBCs through a microtube at different temperatures has been studies. Recently, the department reoriented the teaching methodology from a knowledge-based approach to a competence (knowledge-based plus practical skills) one, that is a condition of modernization and bringing its results in accordance to international standards. Competence approach not only makes the student aware, but also determines the development of skills to solve problems that arise in real situations. Earlier in the department this discipline was taught exclusively in the form of seminars. Currently, students' training is carried out in four computer classrooms in the form of computer practical works.Item Development of modern nanotecnologies and combined biotoxicity problems(2022-09-30) Batyuk, Liliya; Kizilova, NataliyaFast progress in modern nanotechnologies based on use of nanoparticles, nanofibers and nanotubes with different composition, shape and size allows elaboration of materials with superhigh strength, thermal and electric conductivity, acoustical and optical properties. Those materials are already widely used in industry, transportation, aerospace, marine and civil engineering, food processing and medicine. Some examples of nanoreinforces composites, superhydrophobic self-cleaning surfaces, nanodyes and suspensions of nanoparticles are described. The problem of uncontrolled accumulation of some types of nanoparticles in our cells and tissues is discussed within the concept of nanotoxicity. Since the history of permanent observation of human health in connection with nanodust accumulation in the atmosphere, waters and soils is not enough long, the detailed evidences must be documented, systematized and discussed. In this study a brief systematic review of literature on the biotoxicity problems caused by modern nanotechnologies is given. Production of the nanoparticles, nanofibers and nanotubes for industry, transportation, food processing, as well as utilization of the used materials which properties were modified by the nanotechnologies leads to permanent rise of the nanodust in the atmosphere, soils, river waters, lakes and the sea bottom. Their uncontrolled interaction with flora and fauna could be catastrophic for human health and life on the Earth. Promising ways for the problem solution and perspectives are discussed. Some own results on the protective action of nanodiamonds, silver and some other nanoparticles are presented. A vital necessity of an open access database on known types of nanoparticles, their use in the materials and documented influence of health of animals and humans is discussed.Item The development trend of the medical services market in Ukraine: the European integration experience of Estonia(Національний університет «Львівська політехніка», 2021-05-27) Batyuk, Liliya; Chovpan, GannaComparing the European integration experience of the Eastern European countries and the Baltic countries.
