The aim: The aim of this work is the analysis of the state of nitrate pollution of sources of drinking water supply in Kharkiv region Materials and methods. Studies of drinking water were conducted and evaluated according to the requirements of current standards Results: In recent years in the area there has been a tendency of deterioration of the quality of drinking water from decentralized water supply facilities (wells and capping sources) Conclusions: The percentage of drinking water samples with exceeding the established standards on sanitary-chemical indicators of the objects of centralized water supply in recent years is on the average 15%, and it is 30% for the facilities of decentralized water supply.Item Disorders of water-electrolytemetabolism in pulmonary edema under inhibition of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(2018) Tiupka, Tetiana; Zalyubovska, Olga; Zlenko, Victor; Avidzba, Julia; Lytvynenko, Mycola; Minaieva, AlinaThe aim of the study was to study the disorders of water-electrolyte metabolism in pulmonary edema under conditions of inhibition of RAAS by ACE inhibitors. Studies were performed on 70 white rats weighing 160-180 g on two models of pulmonary edema: hemodynamic (adrenaline) and acute toxic. In rats with hemodynamic pulmonary edema the pulmonary coefficient increased 3.3 times as compared with the intact control, where it was 0.68 %. With acute toxic edema, this indicator also increased, but to a lesser extent – 2.4 times. We established that the minute diuresis in animals with hemodynamic pulmonary edema decreased by 1.9 times, and with acute toxic edema – by 1.5 times. There was also a decrease in the concentration of sodium in the urine in groups of animals with hemodynamic edema and with acute toxic edema in 1.5 and 1.3 times, respectively. The use of ACE inhibitors for pulmonary edema leads to a decrease in the degree of their hyperhydration and normalization of water-electrolyte homeostasis. Compared with enalapril, zofenopril had a more pronounced anti-edematous effect in both hemodynamic and acute toxic edema of the lungs. Key words: pulmonary edema, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, water-electrolyte metabolism.Item Drug influence on laboratory indices(NuPh, 2014) Zalubovska, Olha; Zlenko, Victor; Litvinova, Olha; Bereznyakova, Maryna; Karabut, Larysa; Fomina, Halyna; Avidzba, Julia; Kovalevska, O.The book contains a brief information laboratory diagnosis of human conditions, evaluat on of efficiency and safety of medicines, the impact of drugs on the results of clinical analyses. For foreign students of medical and pharmaceutical higher schools. The aim of the manual is presentation of a brief information on laboratory diagnosis of human conditions and changes of clinical laboratory indices under the action of drugs. It is focused on assisting the future pharmacist to assessi the efficiency and safety of drug use, to cover the problems of the drug influence on the results of clinical tests. The manual gives definitions of concepts, standards, as well as the sets of test problems. References at the end of the book aims to facilitate the task of the learner’s search for additional sources covering research methods, reagents, equipment, and other details that go beyond the standard curriculum in clinical laboratory diagnostics.Item Morphofunctional changes in seed glands in acute infectious inflammation(2018-10-18) Zalyubovska, Olga; Tiupka, Tetiana; Zlenko, Victor; Avidzba, Julia; Lytvynenko, Mycola; Minaieva, AlinaMorphological changes in the seminal glands of rats on the 7th day of staphylococcal inflammation are accompanied by a decrease in the protein-synthetic function of the cells and a decrease in glycogen.Item Scientific rationale of measures on prevention of pollution of surface water bodies in Kharkiv region(2016) Lytvynenko, Mycola; Zaliubovska, Olga; Shcherban, Mycola; Tiupka, Tetiana; Zlenko, Victor; Avidzba, JuliaToday, in Kharkiv region, most of the surface water bodies as a result of man-made and anthropogenic loading have lost their natural purity and the ability to self-purify. One of the features of water resources of the region is that the rivers, which serve as the main sources of water supply, are also used as receivers of treated wastewater. In order to analyze the state of pollution of the aquifer of Kharkiv region during 2007-2016, laboratory studies of water of surface water reservoirs of the 1st and 2nd categories were conducted and summarized. The researchers have found that over the past 10 years the pollution of surface water bodies of the 1st category according to sanitary-chemical indicators is at the level of 4.5%, microbiological indicators - 14%, water pollution of reservoirs of the 2nd category is 20% and 12%, respectively. In order to prevent the occurrence of diseases of different etiology among the population of Kharkiv region, the source of which is the water factor, a set of methodical and practical measures that will contribute to the improvement of the surface water of the region has been developed.Item Structural and functional state of the seminal glands in the dynamics of acute infectious inflammation(2019) Zalyubovska, Olga; Tiupka, Tetiana; Zlenko, Victor; Avidzba, Julia; Lytvynenko, Mycola; Minaieva, AlinaABSTRACT Introduction: Negative demographic trends are often associated with high levels of infertility, including male. In the modern literature there are data on morphofunctional changes in various organs and tissues during inflammation of various origins, obtained in experiments on animals. At the same time, there are practically no studies on changes in the seminal glands in inflammation of different etiologies. The aim of this study is to identify the morphofunctional features of the seminal glands in the dynamics of acute infectious (staphylococcal) inflammation in rats. Materials and methods: Experimental studies were performed on 40 nonlinear male rats weighing 180-200 g. Microscopic and histochemical studies were performed on the 7th, 14th, and 28th day. Results: On the 7th day of staphylococcal inflammation, morphofunctional changes in the seminal glands were detected in rats in the form of a moderate rearrangement of the spermatogenic epithelium, which was manifested by a decrease in Sertoli cells and the number of type A light spermatogonia along with an increase in the number of type A dark spermatogonia and type B spermatogonia. The described changes were accompanied by a decrease in the metabolism of nucleoproteins in epithelial cells. On the 14th day, the morphological changes were characterized by a sharp decrease in Sertoli cells, the absence of type A light spermatogonia and an increase in the number of type A dark spermatogonia and type B spermatogonia. After 28 days, there is an increase in the number of tubules with the presence of type A light and dark spermatogonia, as well as single Sertoli cells, which indicates the restoration of the morphofunctional state of the seminal glands. Conclusions: More pronounced compensatory-adaptive processes in the seminal glands occur within a period of 28 days from the start of modeling of staphylococcal inflammation. The latter is confirmed by the appearance of various shapes and sizes of tubules with restored spermatogenic epithelium of various stages of development. The presence of type A light and dark spermatogonia indicates the reserve capacity of the seminal glands.Item Use of Catranthus Roseus in the treatment of oncological diseases(2018) Zalyubovska, Olga; Tiupka, Tetiana; Zlenko, Victor; Minaieva, Alina; Avidzba, Julia; Lytvynenko, MycolaRegardless of the stage and form of the oncological disease, phytotherapy has a sufficient arsenal of drugs that can adequately supplement the etiopathogenetic, syndromic and symptomatic treatment of patients, which increases the quality of their life and prolongs it. One such remedy is Cathartthus roseus, a perennial evergreen half-shrub that belongs to a small genus of herbaceous plants of the genus Cathartthus. Cathartthus roseus contains more than 80 different indole alkaloids. The healing properties of Cathartthus roseus are caused, first of all, by the presence in the plant of plant-derived cytostatics vinblastine and vincristine. Medicines based on Catharitus roseus are most effective in the treatment of lymphomas, Kaposi's sarcoma, Letterter-Siva disease, chorionic carcinoma resistant to other chemotherapeutic drugs, neuroblastoma resistant to hormone therapy, inoperable breast cancer, severe forms of fungal mycosis, myeloma disease, germicogenic testicular and ovarian tumors, cancer of kidney, bladder, nasopharynx, lung.
