Формування готовності до творчого самовираження майбутніх музично-педагогічних працівників у загальнокультурній підготовці в закладах вищої освіти КНР

Abstract

Розкрито загальнокультурний складник готовності до творчого самовираження майбутніх музично-педагогічних працівників у концептах ліберального мистецтва у Китайській Народній Республіці. Уточнено поняття «загальнокультурна підготовка майбутніх музично-педагогічних працівників» як мета і результат освоєння ними досягнень світової та вітчизняної культури, досвіду духовної та моральної вихованості кращих представників музичної галузі минулого й сучасності з метою самопізнання й творчого самовираження власного таланту в професійній діяльності. Музичну грамотність віднесено до результатів формування загальнокультурного складника готовності до творчого самовираження майбутніх музично-педагогічних працівників.

The article states that musical works remind a person of the country’s history, teach to analyze the past, and understand modern culture. Cultural literacy of the population is a guarantee of the well-being of the nation and a prosperous state, the flourishing of talents and the multiplication of the national experience of learning and educating young people. You can be a very talented person, but not have a high level of cultural literacy. The bearer of culture is a music teacher who can convey the beautiful and unsurpassed by using musical art to every person, to shape social behavior and morality in society. The general cultural component of the readiness for creative self-expression of future music-pedagogical workers is revealed. The concepts of liberal arts in the People’s Republic of China are singled out, namely: the combination of general cultural readiness of future music and pedagogical workers with professional training; the spread of interactive interaction in the educational process with the aim of maximally complete self-realization of the participants of the educational process; in-depth study of the country’s national culture, customs, traditions and rites of the people; the use of musical art for the harmonious development of the personality, its culture, and behavior in a civilized environment. The concept of «universal cultural training of future music-pedagogical workers» has been clarified as the goal and result of their mastering the achievements of world and national culture, the experience of spiritual and moral education of the best representatives of the music industry of the past and present with the aim of self-knowledge and creative self-expression of one’s own talent in professional activity. The definition of the concept of «readiness for creative self-expression of future music-pedagogical workers» has been supplemented with essential features, such as: national identity, culture of thinking, intellectual abilities, spirituality of the individual. Musical literacy is attributed to the results of the formation of a general cultural component of the readiness for creative self-expression of future music and pedagogical workers.
