Самовдосконалення викладача в контенті духовно-моральних імператив Григорія Сковороди

Abstract

Розкрито сутність самовдосконалення викладача з позиції духовно-моральних імператив Григорія Сковороди. Провідними ідеями відомого філософа і педагога є ідеал загального людського щастя, моральне виховання молоді, вибір справжнього друга, розвиток здатності протистояти аморальним впливам, вибір діяльності відповідно до нахилів людини. Самореалізація викладача в контенті духовно-моральних імператив є особистісним і професійним утворенням, яке поєднує високу мораль і духовність із процесами інформатизації й цифровізації в освітньому процесі з метою самовизначення та самоствердження. Головними орієнтирами саморозвитку викладача є досягнення акме як найвищої точки розквіту потенційних можливостей учасників освітнього простору; підвищення самоефективності в різних видах педагогічної діяльності за рахунок освоєння інноваційних підходів у навчанні та вихованні молоді. З’ясовано шляхи професійного розвитку педагога завдяки тренінгам, гостьових лекцій, співпраці в науково-методичних лабораторіях, використанню інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Наведемо поради щодо професійного розвитку педагога в двох площинах, як-от: реалізація акмеологічних ідей та підвищення цифрової компетентності. The article reveals the essence of the teacher’s self-improvement from the standpoint of the spiritual and moral imperatives of Hryhorii Skovoroda. The leading ideas of the famous philosopher and teacher are the ideal of universal human happiness, the moral education of youth, the choice of a true friend, the development of the ability to resist immoral influences, and the choice of activities in accordance with human inclinations. The teacher’s self-realization in the content of spiritual and moral imperatives is a personal and professional education that combines high morality and spirituality with the processes of informatization and digitalization in the educational process for self-determination and self-affirmation. The main orientations of the teacher’s self-development are the achievement of acme as the highest point of flowering of the potential opportunities of the participants in the educational space; increasing self-efficacy in various types of pedagogical activity due to the development of innovative approaches in training and education of young people. The professional self-improvement of a teacher is the ability to constantly find new resources, to show interest in the new and unknown, to master new methods and forms of pedagogical activity, to apply innovative methods, in particular ICT, digital technologies. The teacher performs a double function - teaches students and learns himself. Therefore, he must systematically replenish his own thesaurus and expand the space of self-realization, learn, and perform new roles and types of professional activity. He needs to be the leader in his personal and professional life. The methods of the teacher’s professional development have clarified thanks to trainings, guest lectures, cooperation in scientific and methodical laboratories, and the use of information and communication technologies. The scientific and methodical laboratory «Spiritual-intellectual education and training» is an educational and scientific center for the self-realization of a person, the enrichment and multiplication of his spiritual values, the transfer of the best traditions to the new generation. Active and proactive students at various levels of higher education join the work of the scientific and methodical laboratory to combine learning with research. We will give advice on the professional development of a teacher in two areas, such as implementation of acmeological ideas and improvement of digital competence.
