Abstract: Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the respiratory tract. Neutrophils are cells that have a unique function of phagocytosis and form the first line of non-specific protection. The ability to generate ROS also characterizes the functional activity of neutrophils, namely the possibility of complete phagocytosis.
