Endotelin-1 value in cardiovascular complications development forecasting in patients with diabetes melitus type 2 and coronary artery disease

Abstract

pe 2 an endothelin-1 influence and cardiovascular complications existence were studied. As a result of the conducted researches it is established that endothelin-1 level in patients with diabetes melitus type 2 and chronic heart failure is higher, than in patients with chronic heart failure without diabetes melitus type 2. It was found that blood glucose and glycose hemoglobin levels were significantly higher in patients with FC III than in patients with FC I and FC II. Due to the fact that the cardiovascular complications risk development stratification concept in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 and coronary artery disease involves a general strategy of prevention, treatment and prognosis taking into account personal, medical and social characteristics of the patient. The developed mathematical model of cardiovascular complications development forecasting has shown endothelin-1 and nitrogen oxide metabolites value as cardiovascular risk markers.
