| Abstract: | In the pathophysiology of PCOS, the role of insulin resistance cannot be overemphasized. To this effect, It is our opinion that managing the insulin resistance is the best pathogenetic means of treating chronic PCOS as it has gynecologic and metabolic benefits. |
