| Abstract: | Decrease in the content of serum irisin leads to structural and functional changes in the left ventricular myocardium in the form of myocardial contractility reduction and increase in both the cavity and size of the left ventricle, and can play a role in the pathogenesis of obesity in patients with arterial hypertension. |
