Стан кардіореспіраторної системи у передчасно народжених дітей в ранньому неонатальному періоді

Abstract

Обследовано 34 преждевременно рожденных детей с массой тела 500-2000 г и гестационным возрастом 25-34 недель. Одиннадцать детей находились на ИВЛ, 12 получали назальное СРАР, 11 имели самостоятельное дыхание. Изменения показателей диаметра правого желудочка и левого предсердия обусловлены периодом жизни. У детей, получавших СРАР, имеется тенденция к снижению фракции левого желудочка.

The 34 preterm infants of 25-34 weeks of gestation age and birth weight 500-2000g were observed. They have had different regimen of respiratory support: mechanical ventilation (11), and CPAP (12), and physiological breathing (11). Regimen of ventilation depended on individual requirements. On dopplerography during early neonatal period in preterm infants the following data was establish: variability of left atrium diameter, and right ventricular enlargement in very preterm infants (25-29 wk’s), and tendency to decreasing of cardiac output in children with CPAP.
