| dc.description | Prednisolone reduces the lymphocyte count in blood and lysozyme activity in the gum of rats almost 3 times. The stage of dysbiosis in the oral mucosa increases close to 6 times. The Kvertulin injection virtually restores it back to normal. Under the effect of prednisolone the level of hyaluronic acid content in the gum of the rats is decreased, and the levels of inflammatory biomarkers – elastase and MDA – are increased. Kvertulin alleviates the levels of both markers of inflammation and significantly raises the level of hyaluronic acid content in the gum of the rats. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | Введение с кормом преднизолона в дозе 5 мг/кг вызывает у крыс развитие лимфоцитарного и лизоцимного иммунодефицита (сни-жение чсисла лимфоцитов в крови и активности лизоцима в десне в 3 раза). На этом фоне в десне развивается дисбиоз и воспалительно-дистрофические процессы (увеличение активности эластазы и содержания МДА, снижение содержания гиалуроновой кислоты). Введение с кормом препарата Квертулин (кверцетин + инулин + цитарат кальция) в дозе 400 мг/кг несколько увеличивает содержание лимфоцитов, почти до нормы повышает в десне активность лизоцима, достоверно увеличивает содержание гиалуроновой кислоты, устраняет явления дисбиоза и снижает степень воспаления. | uk_UA |
