Health is a part of general culture of each individual. Therefore the important task for today is the dissemination of elementary knowledge of the evolution of a human being as a spiritualphysical creature. Most important for humans is the introduction of healthy lifestyle in everyday practice, deep understanding of philosophical concepts of the origin of human diseases, and valeological knowledge (preservation of health, optimal nutrition against overweight and obesity, physical activity against lack of exercise, and especially, how to follow the spiritual evolution).
