dc.description.abstractWe set that the tasks of physical education of management level personnel of the security and defence sector of Ukraine are to increase the level of general physical fitness, strengthen health, improve the functionality of the body’s major systems, prevent diseases, prolong professional longevity, ensure a high level of intellectual work capacity, enhance resistance to negative factors of management activities.
