| Abstract: | Characterizing the professional and pedagogical competence of the teacher, it is necessary to focus not only on the conceptual training of the teacher, but also on the complex integrity, multidimensionality and dynamism of the person. The concept of the person, the mechanisms of behavior and interaction with others should permeate the consciousness and activity of the teacher and be one of the determining factors in the design and management of a holistic pedagogical process. |
