dc.description.abstract | 8-isoprostane has proven to be a reliable indicator of oxidative stress and the work of the antioxidant system, its content has an inverse relationship with the number of eggs obtained after COS. Melatonin has a pronounced antioxidant effect, thereby increasing the number of oocytes obtained in patients with reduced ovarian reserve. In group II of patients who received melatonin at a dose of 20 mg per day for preventive purposes, the number of eggs obtained was 2.3 times higher. | en_US |
