Філатова НАМН України", 2013) Бездетко, Павел Андреевич; Абдула, Абдулсатар Мухаммад Джамшит; Щадних, Марина АлександровнаOn a basis of a survey of 128 eyes of presbyopes with POAG using ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) with the definition of reserves and the volume of accommodation depending on the stage of glaucoma it was found no reliable relationship. There was a clear link data on the level of IOP. The thickness of the lens decreased from 3.79 mm for IOP less than 21 mm Hg. to 3.57 mm with IOP over 32 mm Hg., depth of perizonular space, increased from 0.63 mm to 0.73 mm, respectively, the value of presbyopia increased from 2.0 diopters to 2.63 diopters with, the volume and reserves of accommodation decreased from 2.1 and 0.57 diopters to 1.4 and 0.33 diopters respectively. Elevation of intraocular pressure at presbyopes with POAG have lead to a flattening of the lens and reduce its accommodative ability, and increase of perizonular space with growing of IOP indicates on a significant role in the pathogenesis of POAG of increase of aqueous humor production through the ciliary muscle tone increasing with presbyopia.Item Морфометрические и аккомодационные особенности переднего отрезка глаза у пресбиопов с первичной открытоугольной глаукомой(ДЗ «Луганський державний медичний університет» та Український науковий центр медичної генетики МОЗ України (Київ), 2012) Бездітко, Павло Андрійович; Абдула, Абдулсатар Мухаммад Джамшит; Щадних, Марина АлександровнаAt the basis of study of refraction, volume and reserve of accommodation and morphological metrics 114 presbiopiv eyes with POAG and 139 eyes with presbyopia without POAG revealed thinning of the ciliary body in 1500 and 2000 microns from the scleral spur to 0.41 and 0.29 mm at emetropiyi to 0.49 and 0.38 mm for hyperopia and 0.35 and 0.22 mm for myopia. In POAG decreased thickness of the ciliary body in 2000 microns from the scleral spur to 0.38 mm at emetropiyi and to 0.28 mm for hyperopia with the flattening of the ciliary body in 1500 and 2000 microns from the scleral spur to 0.38 and 0.25 mm at myopia. With all kinds of errors when lifting opthalmotonous above 21 mm Hg. century. decrease the thickness of the lens and increase perizonulyarnoho space. Decrease of the amount of accommodation by 20% and reserve accommodation at 40% (the myopia of 20%) in patients with POAG compared with presbiopamy without POAG. Found that at the same volume accommodation age of patients with POAG was 3 years less than in presbiopiv without POAG. These data indicate the important role of accommodative function and decrease the thickness of the ciliary body in the pathogenesis of primary open-angle glaucoma. Discovered premature development of presbyopia in patients with POAG can be considered as a forerunner or an early sign of glaucoma.
