| Abstract: | The purpose – estimation of features and options of postinfarction remodeling in patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis follow by determining the effect on the manifestation and progression of heart failure. Conclusions. Transferebale myocardial infarction has been actively involving in the process of postinfarction remodeling by increasing the size and volume of the cavity of the heart, and reducing contractile ability of the myocardium and has poor prognosis for the manifestation and progression of heart failure. |
