dc.description.abstract | The aim – to investigate the importance of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) in diastolic heart failure in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) combined with arterial hypertension (AH). Conclusions. Increased TGF-β1 in patients with AH and COPD contributes to the impaired relaxation of the left ventricle, when progression of diastolic heart failure is associated with atendency of TGF-β1 decrease. | ru_RU |
