Increase in the propitiation of aging population elevated the frequency of new cases of OP, bringing it to a leading position in the structure of not-infections diseases. In the modern classification of osteoporosis, a group of secondary osteoporosis ( about 15% of all cases of osteoporosis) and osteoporosis associated with type 1 diabetes mellitus is distinguished.
