Compliance with quarantine restrictions and self-isolation led to an increase in the occurrence of post-traumatic stress, confusion and anger among the population, while social isolation and changes in the daily routine lead to an increased level of anxiety, panic attacks, irrational fears directly negatively affect the quality of sleep.
