The 2nd group (7) received per os nifedipine in a dose of 5 mg / kg body weight of rats for 70 days. Nifedipine in the oral mucosa caused an increase in peroxidation processes, inadequate functioning of antioxidant enzymes, an increase in the activity of the pro-inflammatory enzyme - acid phosphatase.
