Item Concept of adaptation in students of medical university of different nationalities(Харківський національний медичний університет, 2018-05-16) Avijot Singh SohiArabic males were found to have effective stress tolerance hence better adaptation. Indian females were found to have good stress tolerance and better adaptation.Item Emotional stress adaptation aspects on the background of organizm general electromagnetic irradiation (EMI)(2017-05) Yanioglo, O.; Krukovets, N.; Sokol, E.The distinguishing feature of the modern human vital activity conditions is the environment saturation with various factors that affect physical and psychophysiological state, working capacity and resistance to diseases. These include electromagnetic waves, generated by the variety of industrial sources, communications means, scientific research, medicine and in everyday life. Therefore, one of the most promising ways of maintaining vital activity at the desirable health level is the actualization of the reserves of psychophysiological adaptation to various influences. The present work purpose is the study of emotional stress adaptation vegetative components under conditions of organism low intensity general electromagnetic irradiation.Item Features of the regulation of human life in the present conditions of the world(Харківський національний медичний університет, 2015-05-14) Alekseienko, Roman; Risovanaya, R.Global problems of humanity in the 3rd millennium with the new exigencies of the scientists put a health problem. People are increasingly fits the world around us to meet their needs while losing body developed during the evolution of the defense mechanisms of adaptation.Item Influence of physical activity on organism’s adaptation to changes of weather conditions(2017-09-30) Hloba, Nataliia; Isaieva, Inna; Karmazina, Iryna; Marakushyn, DmytroThe article features the role of physical activity for maintenance of person’s health and its influence on organism’s adaptive abilities. The modern concept of health is presented. Statistical data regarding pandemia of physical inactivity is included. The economical aspect of increased physical inactivity is mentioned. The level of meteosensitivity as one of signs of worsening of organism’s adaptive abilities is explained. The article includes original research results regarding prevalence of physical inactivity in young people and its connection to intensity of meteopathic reactions on example of students of Kharkiv National Medical University. The connection between physical activity level, adaptive potential and meteodependence was established. Increase of meteopathic reactions intensity according to level of physical inactivity was determined.Item Influence of the effectivence of the work of proprioreceptive sensory system to the formation of adaptation to the informative stressor(Харківський національний медичній університет, 2016-05-19) Ivanova, V.; Sokol, H.The learning process at the Medical University during the first 3 years is associated with a significant amount of theoretical material that students should learn and be able to apply in practice. The problem arises in the integration of extero- and interoceptive sensory system that reflects on the effectiveness of the decisions taken by the brain and increases the "price of adaptation" to the effects of informative stressor.Item Influence of the effectiveness of proprioceptive sensory system work on formation of adaptation to informational stressor(Харківський Національний Медичний Університет, 2016-05-18) Ivanova, V.; Dontsova, O.; Sokol, E.; Hloba, NataliiaConsiderable amount of theoretical material which medical students have to learn during first 3 years of studying already at the second year becomes an informational stress factor for a human organism. Strain of extero- and interoceptive sensor systems integration process occurs, influencing the effectiveness of decisions made by the brain and increasing the "adaptation price" in response to stimulus.Item Methods of diagnostics of learning motivation development in medical students in conditions of informational overloads(Харківський Національний Медичний Університет, 2016-05-18) Nabok, T.; Polyakova, A.; Zelenskaya, A.; Hloba, NataliiaChoice of profession, success in education and labor are all connected with motivational sphere of personality. From psychophysiological point of view, learning motivation is a basic social need of a person. Learning motivation development has the significant influence on vital activity of healthy human organism and its social adaptation level. The main trigger of social adaptation reactions development is an informational stressor, therefore research of development, structure and content of learning motivation of medical students in conditions of informational overloads is an important problem of psychophysiology.Item Personal adaptive capacity affects the students’ quality of life(2018-09-30) Karmazina, Iryna; Isaieva, Inna; Marakushyn, Dmytro; Hloba, NataliiaPersonal adaptive capacity is the one factor determining effectiveness of adaptation, and, therefore, influence on probability of health maintenance. Also, adaptive peculiarities depend on quality of life, which is crucial factor of adequate regulation of functional systems in variable conditions of human existence and activity. Therefore, the purpose of our study was research was to define the effect of personal adaptive capacity on the students’ quality of life. The obtained results allowed finding out that students demonstrated reduced neuro-psychological resistance, moderate degree of socialization and normal communicative capability that reflects misbalance of their personal adaptive capacity. Parameters of quality of life scales related to both mental and physical health corresponded to average values while didn’t reach satisfactory levels. Personal adaptive capacity is essential criterion for assessment of adaptive response intensity and effectiveness, which can have an impact on quality of life as well as psychical and physical health.Item Psycho-physiological factors of adaptation in medical students to prolonged action of informational stress(Харківський Національний Медичній Університет, 2016-05-19) Martynenko, A.; Zelenskaya, A.Item Regarding the development of adaptation to psychic and emotional stress depending on the physical training in female medical students(2021-05-16) Marakushyn, Dmytro; Chernobai, Larysa; Karmazina, Iryna; Isaieva, Inna; Hloba, NataliiaThe adaptation of training stress largely depends on the processes of brain integrative activity thus, their study becomes important and perspective for the creation of scientifically based actions aimed at reduction of negative influence of the mentioned factors. Moreover, in the development of compensatory-adaptive reactions the huge role belongs to reactions of cardiovascular system, as its state determines both the short-term and the long-lasting adaptation to environment. That system is the main indicator of all processes ongoing in the human organismThe leading role in development of adaptation to psychic-emotional load belongs to the initial level of intellectual working ability that is based on the expression of asymmetry of hemispheres. 2) The physical training is one of the factors that facilitate the development of adaptation to the stress of studies. 3) The adaptation to constantly increasing psychic-emotional loads in the dynamics of training in medical university is provided by more economical functional changes of activity of cardiovascular system of sports students comparing to the students of general group.
