dc.description.abstractAlongside with focal neurologic semiology, frequency of observable frustration of the mental status being a debut at overwhelming number of patients with CMV-encephalitis (and 1/3 of patients with toxoplasma encephalitis), demands vigilance of neurologists and psychiatrists concerning of possibility of latent HIV-infections, especially in young patients. Observable decrease of level of CD4 lymphocytes less than 100 cells / ml is a marker of adverse development, progressing HIV infection, possibility of emergence opportunistic infections, causing different lesion of nervous system in HIV patients.uk_UA
