Abstract: Results of own theoretical and experimental research show that prenosological diagnostics has a wide application in medicine of borderline conditions. Experimental data, got in the course of the complex study, was proved that the prenosological conditions occur as the result of dysfunctions of those adaptive systems, that are currently responsible for stable body functioning, for example neurotic disorders and personality accentuations for senior pupils, disorders in thermoregulatory function for jeopardize vibration workers.
