The ratio of the linear dimensions, which determines the shape and appearance of the cerebellum is studied. The features of the form and appearance of the human cerebellum, depending on the ratio of the linear dimensions are determined. The width and length of the cerebellum alone affect the cerebellum form factor – the ratio of width and length, and the effect of the length (–0,6) is slightly larger than the width (0,33). The width and height of the influence of the cerebellum form factor – the ratio of width and height, and the influence of the height (–0,88) is greater than the width (0,5). The length and height have an effect on the form factor of the cerebellum – the ratio of length and height, and the influence of the height (–0,8) is greater than the length (0,5). Cerebellar mass does not influence the shape of the cerebellum. There are some gender differences in variant anatomy of the cerebellum – a relatively high prevalence of facilities for women. Anthropometric measures do not affect the shape of the cerebellum.
