dc.descriptionImmunodeficiency (ID) in rats was caused by introduction of cyclophosphan and it was found out that the changes in the content of leukocytes in the blood are biphasic: on the 7th day there was leukopenia, mainly by virtue of lymphocytes, and on the 14th day - leukocytosis, mainly by virtue of neutrophils. In the same period, hypoplasia of the spleen is replaced by splenomegaly. Under ID there is increase of elastase activity and reduction of lysozyme activity in the gum. Urease activity and the degree of dysbiosis in the gums increase extremely under ID, not depending on the level of leukocytes. Changes in the content of MDA and catalase activity in gums of rats with ID are insignificant.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractІмунодефіцит (ІД) у щурів викликали введенням циклофосфану і уста-новили двуфазність зміни вмісту лейкоцитів у крові: на 7-й день - лейкопе-нію, головним чином, за рахунок лімфоцитів і на 14-й день - лейкоцитоз, го-ловним чином, за рахунок нейтрофілів. У цей же термін гіпоплазія селезінки змінюється спленомегалією. При ІД в яснах спостерігається збільшення активності еластази і знижен-ня активності лізоциму. Активність уреази і ступінь дисбіозу в яснах різко збільшуються при ІД незалежно від рівня лейкоцитів. Зміна вмісту МДА і активність каталази в яснах щурів з ІД неістотні.uk_UA
