| Abstract: | Actuality of search for new miniinvasive treatment methods of patients with upper urinary tract obstructions is reflected in the article. Working out of miniinva-sive operations and using of minilaparoscopic instruments is perspective. Results of minilaparoscopic operations: pyeloplasties (11), ureterolithotomies (7) and nephropexies (3) are presented. The received results specify in high efficiency, mini-invasiveness, good cosmetic effect of minilaparoscopic procedures and necessity of further studying of the offered treatment methods. |
