Оцінка економічної доступності антитромботичної терапії ішемічного інсульту

Abstract

The results of analysis of the assortment and economic availability of antithrombotic medicines according to the data of the “Pharmstandard” research system of Morion company for 2010 are given. It has been found that antithrombotic medicines at the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market are presented by signiBicant number of medicines mostly of the foreign origin. The prices for antithrombotic agents vary widely, and it makes the possibility of choosing a medicine taking into account its efBicacy, safety and cost characteristics. The course of antithrombotic therapy with such medicines as enoxaparin sodium, calcium nadroparin, dalteparin sodium and alteplase, which are included in the standard treatment of ischemic stroke, is expensive. It reduces the economic availability of treatment with these medicines. The course of antithrombotic therapy with such medicines as dipyridamole aspirin, clopidogrel, heparin and warfarin sodium is more available.
