Фармакоэпидемиологическое исследование потребления антигипертензивных препаратов в Украине

Abstract

In this study the use of antihypertensive drugs in Ukraine during 2008-2011 years are pre-sented. Comparison of consumption of antihypertensive drugs with statistical data on the incidence of hypertensive population of Ukraine is shown disparity in consumption of drugs and illness, which is a negative factor in the effective prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications. Dynamics of consumption of antihypertensive drugs in Ukraine, indicates compliance of antihypertensive therapy current national and European guidelines for the treatment of hypertension and the commitment of physicians from various countries follow the principles of evidence-based medicine. Dynamics of consumption of antihypertensive drugs in Ukraine is not demonstrating how modern antihypertensive therapy by the National and European guidelines for the treatment of hypertension and the adherence of physicians from various countries follow the principles of evi-dence-based medicine in the treatment of hypertension. The consumption of antihypertensive drugs in Ukraine is less than in other European countries, so the most important problem for Ukraine is to improve patients' adherence to treatment for hypertension.
