Abstract: Background: Acute destructive pneumonia is the most common severe inflammatory disease in children. In the treatment of this disease, there are problems associated with the presence of a high degree of drug resistance of the etiological microflora and the development of severe hemodynamic and respiratory disorders. Antibacterial therapy is pathogenically justified in the treatment of ADP. Impact on a macro-organism includes detoxification therapy, immunomodulation, oxygenotherapy and symptomatic therapy
