Growing burden of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic heart failure becomes a challenge for healthcare professionals. Aging, which is now present in most developed countries, brightens a problem of growing number of chronic life-long diseases [9]. That increases hospitalization rate due to acute states and exacerbations, increases workload for personnel, and influences patients’ life quality. On the other hand, even in ambulatory, excessive medications and life-affecting symptoms significantly reduce life quality, leading to development of anxiety and depression. In turn, those states are found to be worsening patients’ adherence to treatment and promote exacerbation and symptoms deteriorationru_RU
