Abstract: Modern system of education has a goal to form a highly educated, intellectually developed personality with a holistic view of the world. Subject disunity becomes one of the reasons of the fragmentary worldview of a graduate of higher medical educational institutions. Thus, talking about the independence of anatomy and pathophysiology, their interdisciplinary relationships help to overcome serious difficulties in the formation clinical understanding. The problem of their integration is important both for theory and for practice. Its relevance is dictated by new teaching reproaches, modernization processes in the science, its high development speed, changing tendencies in pedagogics. Nowadays the purpose of education in the higher medical educational institutions is teaching highly educated, creatively thinking, possessing deep knowledge, professional skills students. As a rule, each teacher teaches students his subject in isolation from other objects. However, this approach significantly decreases the complex use of the acquired knowledge in solving the problems that the future doctor will have in his career. Integrated teaching, education and development seem to be the most optimal and effective way to solve the problems of future specialists in medicine by creating integrated courses that provide organic fusion of content, methods and forms of educational process at anatomy and pathophysiology classes in order to increase their effectiveness.
