Abstract: In order to create a healthy society people must pay due attention to its child population, since children are the future of any nation and no state, which aspires to a rightful place in Europe, will have its future without preservation and strengthening of their health. Pathology of the urinary system organs in children is an urgent problem for the modern Ukrainian society. An important part in the development of pathology of this system in children is played by a damaging effect of maternal pathology, as it was revealed during complex morphological researches conducted at the Pathological Anatomy Department of Kharkiv National Medical University. In order to receive new data about the urinary system organs pathology in children it is absolutely necessary to carry out combined researches using classical morphological methods of investigation and modern moleculargenetic methods, because any conducted research must, firstly, be of practical value and, secondly, have its evolutionary significance.
