Abstract: To investigate effects of combination therapy with fenofibrate and α-lipoic acid on atherogenic dyslipidemia, which determines the residual vascular risk and endothelial dysfunction, levels of proinflammatory mediators in patients with ischemic heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
