| Abstract: | Under the influence of scientific revolution and changes, which are connected to the country`s movement to the market economy, professional activity of people was significantly complicated in all the fields, direct losses from the lack of organization or through unused abilities increased. So, organizational activity of the leader acquires big sense, especially in profession of the doctor. |
