| dc.description.abstract | The levels of leptin and HOMA index increased in hypertensive patients with NAFLD (leptin 11.66±0.74 ng/ml, in female patients 12.87±1.02 ng/ml, in male patients 9.41±0.84 ng/ml; HOMA index 3.87±0.39 cu) in comparison to the patients without NAFLD (leptin 7.34±0.77 ng/ml, in female patients 7.55±1.28 ng/ml, in male patients 7.16±1.00 ng/ml; HOMA index 1.45±0.16 cu), p <0.005. In hypertensive patients with NAFLD it was found positive correlation between the level of leptin and HOMA index (R=0.34, p= 0.0004 ). Conclusion: Results of our study indicate statistically significant elevation of leptin and HOMA index in hypertensive patients with NAFLD and positive statistically significant correlations between these parameters. | ru_RU |
