| dc.description | In a review article presents current data monitoring of children at risk for developmental disabilities and chronic diseases that have perinatal pathology, or born prematurely. The author presents the modern data monitoring physical development, focuses on the importance of correct feeding, sucking, speech development. The monitoring of five domains of the development and monitoring of hearing and vision in infants to prevent disability is must. During the follow-up of children at risk should prevent the development of rickets, osteopenia, iron-deficiency anemia. The observation of 172 prematurely born children proved that timely diagnosis of developmental disorders allows to direct current rehabilitation programs. | ru_RU |
| dc.description.abstract | Наведено сучасні дані спостереження за дітьми групи ризику порушень розвитку та хронічних захворювань зперинатальною патологією абопередчасно народженими. Автор наводить дані моніторингу фізичного розвитку, акцентує увагу на важливості корекції годування, смоктання, розвитку мовлення. Для запобігання порушенням розвитку необ- хідне моніторингу слуху та зору у дітей раннього віку, розвитку за п’ятьма сферами. Протягом катамнестичного спостереження за дітьми групи ризику слід звертати ува- гу на запобігання розвитку рахіту, остеопенії, залізодефіцитної анемії. Власне спосте- реження за 172 передчасно народженим дітьми довело, що своєчасна діагностика по- рушень розвитку дозволяє призначити дітям сучасні реабілітаційні програми. | ru_RU |
