How to improve relationship students and practioners with patients

Abstract

At a time of global communication, we are faced with a decrease in communication quality between patients and medical staff, increasing patient dissatisfaction, rising numbers of complaints. The commonest complaint is that doctors do not listen to them. Patients nowadays have more access to information (i.e. internet) and therefore want more and better information about their problem and the outcome.
