Abstract: Medical genetics in general is regarded as a science that involves the diagnosis and management of hereditary disorders , however it is met with a lot contradictions due to different ethical issues including the idea that it goes against the laws of nature. Other branches of medical genetics are reproductive medicine , contraception, surrogacy, family planning, artificial fertilization.
